Q: When will my flip flops be posted?
A: In stock items: All orders placed before 12:00 UK local time, Monday to Friday will be despatched that day, all other orders will be despatched the next working day.

Q: What size should I order?
A: Please refer to our size guide for assistance.

Q: Why haven’t I received my order?
A: Your order will be sent out by your chosen delivery option:

  • First Class standard delivery (Usually 1-2 day delivery, not insured, but can take up to 7 days)
  • First class recorded delivery (Usually 1-2 day delivery, insured and requires a signature, but can take up to 7 days) 
  • Special Delivery (Next day guaranteed, insured) Please note, your order must be placed before 12.00pm to have next day delivery.  For

Recorded and Special Delivery, please give a delivery address where somebody is available to sign for the goods. If you are not available to sign for your goods upon receipt, the goods will be held by your local sorting office, who will leave a card for you to collect them for up to 7 days.

Delivery should normally take 1-2 working days, however the post office will not investigate until 14 days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please Contact us 

Q: How do I cancel my order?
A: Please contact us stating your order number. If your order has already been shipped, on receipt of the package, please return it to us in accordance with our Terms and Conditions  (we will supply a returns address when you contact us)

Q: What if my flip flops don’t fit?
A: Please email us within 14 days to let us know if you would like a replacement or refund. We will then reply to your email and supply an address for returns. We regret we can not pay postage for returns. Please see ourTerms and Conditions for full details.

Q: What is your returns policy?
A: All our products come with a 14 day money back guarantee. If for any reason you are not totally satisfied with your purchase just email us to let us know and then return it to us for a full refund or exchange. Please see our Terms and Conditions for full details. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Q: What if my flip flops arrived damaged?
A: Please email us within 14 days to let us know, then return them so we can arrange replacements for you.


Before returning anything it is important that you email us to let us know and avoid unnecessary delay in processing your return. Always enclose your order number in the package and get a receipt (proof) of posting from the post office and keep it until you have received your replacement or refund.
